Dear Guests

■Accommodation Contract / Rules of Use
After check-in, please confirm the accommodation contract / rules of use on TV.

■Emergency exit
Please make sure where the emergency doors and evacuation routes are.

Check in time : 3 pm / Check out time : 11 am
Late check out until 2 pm is available for additional fee as below.
1,100 yen per hour for 1 person. 2,200 yen per hour for 2 persons

■Room Keys◆
Please be sure to take your room keys when you leave the room.
We will charge you 1,100yen in case of loss.   

■Daily cleaning
Our housekeeping hours are from 9 am to 3 pm every day.
If you wish to have your room cleaned, please put a "Please make up the room"
magnet on the outside of the door by 10 am.
Rooms that do not have the magnet put by 10 am will NOT be cleaned and new linens
are available at the reception as needed. If you wish to have used linens or garbage collected, please place them outside the door between 9:00 and 13:00 (no cleaning day). For details, please check the TV.


******For guests who booked at eco-friendly discount******
Please don’t use the magnet. The room will be cleaned only on the date(s) we informed you upon checking-in. Rooms for guests staying 3 nights or less will not be cleaned.If you need fresh linens during your stay, please feel free to visit the front desk.Also, if you have any used towels or trash, kindly place them outside your door between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and our housekeeping staff will collect them.

■Important Notice Regarding the Use of Power Banks
To ensure the safety of all guests, please do not leave power banks charging while you are out or sleeping.Please charge them only where you can monitor them. Do not charge on beds, bedding, or in direct sunlight as this poses a fire hazard. Please note that if housekeeping staff observe a power bank charging in an unsafe manner during cleaning, they may unplug and move it for safety reasons. Thank you for your cooperation.


■All guest rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated cigarettes) is not allowed in all areas but smoking rooms and smoking booth(1F) . In the unlikely event that the guests smoke
or cigarette butts are found in non-smoking rooms, the guests will be required
to pay 30,000 yen as compensation for damages and cleaning.

Room tap water is safe for drinking.
A water dispenser  is also available on the 2nd floor.

■There are a vending machine, a microwave, an ice dispenser,water dispenser and two coin-operated washer/dryers on the 2nd floor.

■Information on Earthquakes
Our hotel meets all earthquake resistance standards. Even in the event of an earthquake, the risk of collapse is low and safety is ensured, so please remain calm. 
Please be advised that depending on the severity of the situation, staff may knock on your door, call your room, or make an emergency announcement via the PA system,  
even during late-night or early-morning hours while you are sleeping. 
 *Staff reserve the right to enter your room with a master key whenever they recognize a potential emergency. 
When an earthquake occurs, please open your guest room door to secure an evacuation route and wait calmly inside your room until detailed information is available. 
If there is no power outage, please charge all your mobile phones and devices while waiting.  
Depending on your future movement or evacuation status, you may not be able to charge them for a long time. 
If evacuation is necessary, please use the emergency stairs for your safety. Please do not use the elevators. 
Evacuation guidance announcements will be made starting from the higher floors. We kindly ask that you evacuate promptly following these instructions. 
Information regarding evacuation sites is available at the front desk. Please feel free to ask our staff.        

■Information on Fire and Other Emergencies
In an emergency, staff may contact you via room phone, knock on your door, or use the PA system, even during late-night or early-morning hours. hours while you are sleeping.
 *Staff reserve the right to enter your room with a master key whenever they recognize a potential emergency.
